Title: PeopleSoft Trainer
Location: 3712 Jackson Ave, Austin, TX 78731
Duration: 2 Months with possible extension/Part-time(25 hours a week, 5 hours a day)
Rate: $70/hr on W2 all inclusive(without any benefits) or $80/hr on C-C/1099 all inclusive

WORK HOURS AND LOCATION (Required):
Location: 150 E. Riverside Dr., Austin, Texas 78704, although candidate may be required to work remotely as necessary in response to agency COVID-19 protocols.
Hours: 4-5 hours per day between the hours of 9am and 4 pm.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of one Instructor Trainer hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of Level Three Technical services and the specifications outlined in this document for Texas Department of Transportation – Contract Services Division.
TxDOT’s Contract Services Division (CSD) acts as the System Administrator for the PeopleSoft 601CT Business Unit in the Finance and Supply Chain Module. Due to staff turnover, CSD has assigned two new staff members to the System Administrator role, but CSD lacks the resources to handle complex issues and train the new System Administrators effectively, while also handling other duties assigned. Worker will:
1) Troubleshoot complex issues in the 601CT Business Unit
2) Establish structured, end-to-end training for CSD’s new System Administrators
3) Develop a System Administrator Guide to assist System Administrators in solving common issues
4) Develop a training guide that CSD can use to train future System Administrators
