Peoplesoft Functional HCM Developer

100% Remote Role

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform gathering & document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, testing & client user training
  • Translates customer requirements into the best fit within the application, and develops processes and documentation that support the SDLC
  • Provide impact analysis against delivered and Modified functionality
  • Review and Document designated Oracle Delivered Functionality for the latest PUM Image

 

Required Education, Skills and Experience

  • PeopleSoft HCM Functional consultant with 10+ years of extensive experience
  • Experience in min 2 or 3 end-to-end Implementations / Upgrade / Support in Ver 9.0 and above
  • Should have good functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 and above
  • Experience primarily in the areas of Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll
  • Interact with technical and functional staff at all levels
  • Interact with customers and execute the Project plan maintained for the Compensation Cycle
  • Must be creative, innovative, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
