Job Title : Oracle finance functional Consultant

Duration : 12+ Months
Job Description:
• Functional SME with expertise in implementing Oracle EBS subject areas of Accounts Payable, Payments, Expenses and Purchasing
• Experience with Concur Expense Reporting a plus
• Duties include requirement analysis, process review, configuration and development, documentation, and implementation services and system enhancements
• Identify processes, document gaps, and provide solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processes
• Propose solutions, add new system configurations, create design documents, and perform impact analysis for application changes.
• Evaluates and communicates impact of changes to other modules.
• Create test plans, test cases and perform functional testing and leading UAT. Reviews test cases and test results with the business and technical teams.
• Support/understanding of other non-Oracle applications including various Integration technologies, upstream & downstream systems, Business Intelligence, support app
• Reports progress on milestones, dependencies, and critical path items to the project stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with prior experience working to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve service requests within the Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience with Concur Expense Reporting a plus
• Ability to multitask and work across many cross functional and matrix teams.
• Experience effectively managing multiple, competing priorities with high attention to detail
• Possesses strong analytical skills, good listening skills with ability to effectively work with others
• Ability to make decisions at the project team level, and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
• IT Fluency – ability to understand relationships between the tools and system architecture of the business.
• Agile/Scrum Experience a plus
