Experience – 7+ years
Oracle Argus technical background, resource should have hands on Argus Console Configuration. Good Knowledge of PL-SQL. Good knowledge of Argus Data base, table, columns, schema. Able to trouble shoot. Good Knowledge of E2B profile creation, transmission and trouble shooting. Hands on Cognose report development and line listing.
Remote Option: Temporary until COVID gets over.
• Having good knowledge on Oracle Argus Safety as Argus Safety Technical Consultant.
• Having knowledge in ARGUS Safety configuration like product configuration, study configuration, Code list Configuration.
• Experience in client interaction and to deal with their requirements. Good Communication Skills
• Good understanding of Business logic and ability to work well as a part of a team and as an individual.
• Gather and analyze change requirements from Business Clients and document them.
Respond to critical production incidents, take ownership and work with responsible teams to arrive at a solution.
Test and implement the solution to enable the application availability as per SLA requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues which are not under the scope of Support Team and provide solutions/workarounds to ensure users meet their timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and interdependent teams (database, mid-tier, citrix) for maintenance.
• Argus Console Configuration and User Access Management.
