Job Description :

Request:  Office 365 Administrator with design and support experience for office 365 services.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience – MUST HAVE (and already in the resume details)
• Experience with
troubleshooting and resolving end users Office 365 services related issues.
• Experience with
designing and publishing documentation on the SharePoint Online sites like Learning pathway sites.
• Experience with
designing workflows with Nintex workflows and power automate.
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience.  Include:  
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint fundamentals such as sites (classic, modern), apps, audiences, libraries, lists, views, forms, workflows, metadata, and web parts.
• Office 365 tenant administration including SharePoint online, Teams, and Compliance Center but not limited to.
• Experience with defining and implementing governance standards for Office 365 services
• Experience with documenting process flows and end user guides.
• Experience with migration tools Sharegate and Migration manager
• Experience with DLP policies.
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience.  Include: 
• 5 years of related technology work experience required.
• Good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues.
• PowerShell Scripting.
• Leads enterprise base work initiatives and projects.
• Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity (complexity defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility.
• Acts as the technical liaison between operations teams, engineers, and architects, providing critical operational insight to upcoming implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability.
Education/Certifications – Include:   Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
