Role: Marketplace support analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Manage marketplace health in terms of policy adherence, publication and documentation
Provide customer and publisher support on the marketplace
Management of Microsoft catalog quality and certifications
Management of commercial, consumer and reseller payout functions

Skills:

Experience in ecommerce channel platforms or marketplace platforms
Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes
Strong analytical skills
Ability to drive quality of product listings, descriptions and content on marketplace

Experience: 0-4 years

Delivery Location: Seattle, WA, USA
