" Experience working with Infor s Cloverleaf Interface Engine
" Experience with other Interface engines is a plus - Ensemble , MirthConnect, Corepoint or Rhapsody
" Experience with HL7 triggering events
" Understand healthcare data, including clinical data and financial data
" Experience in processing clinical data (Parsing, transforming and validating) received from different data sources
Good to Have:
" Healthcare or LifeScience background is preferred
" Good understanding on HL7 (preferred, not mandatory)
" Production Support experience
" Willing to be available during off hours (for on-call support) - MANDATORY
" Willing to work in night shift for 1 week in every 5-6 weeks
" Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
" Identify root causes of technical issues, job failures..
" Demonstrate problem solving, analysis, and prioritization skills.
" Implement best production support programming practices
" Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders
" Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
" Ability to communicate with users at all organizational levels.
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" Should be well versed with ITIL framework
" Knowledge on Splunk or Dynatrace or Moogsoft
" Should be responsible to review/maintain KEDB on regular basis
" Engage and escalate with appropriate teams / stakeholders to resolve issues
" Manage critical business application changes, enhancements, and process improvements
" Maintain partnership with relevant stakeholders including Business, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors
" Hands on working experience in using any ITSM tools like service now, Jira
" Knowledge in database Oracle, MS SQL, PLSQL
" Creating Reports, Ad-hoc data / statistics extraction as required using the application and / or database and SQL queries
