· Incident and Request Management Queue monitoring/resolution for all macOS related issues/requests
· JAMF Device Management Administration
· macOS updates / alignment to supported versions
· App deployment for macOS only
· Monthly Active Devices reporting (Mac)
· Infrastructure/Certificate renewals
· Apple Business Manager Portal Administration
· System Health checks and clean ups
· Platform Parity checks
· Trusted Managed devices (TMD) authentication & remediation
· File Vault recovery key & remediation
· Core software residency monitoring
· Printer configurations
· Client repair activities
Good to have
· Management of existing and development of new automation in support of JAMF and macOS devices (Super MDM, User account control, User setup- Device registration -TMD-AD check, user certificate, Company portal registration), File Vault enablement
· Management of JAMF supporting infrastructure/servers
1. Server and Software Patching/Upgrades in Development, Staging, & Production environments.
2. Server Windows migration (2008 to 2012, 2012 to 2019) when applicable.
3. Server Management (MySQL DB server, Jamf Pro, DP commission- decommission) if applicable.
