  1. Top requirements: 
    1. 5 years of lead experience
    2. 10 years of Analyst experience
    3. Experience in the business domain (client) applications with a focus on the IT Application side. He does not want someone from an infrastructure background
    4. Experience supporting client applications and participating in upgrades, implementations, enhancements and integrations
    5. Comfortable communicating with business teams
    6. Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:  This position provides system level support to the Corporate Functions business partners including Asset Protection, Store Maintenance, Legal, Risk Management, and several others.  This position is responsible for the design through implementation of projects relating to these systems.  Additionally, level 3 production support is required.  Communication with the various Business teams, keeping them up-to-date on project tasks, systems issues, etc. will be critical to the success of this role. This position is responsible for the support, design, some development, testing, and implementation of systems within the organization. Experience with the following: SQL 2012+ Server, command scripts and Powershell, Windows Server 2000-2016
