Job Description:
Technical Skills required:
- Oracle SQL/PL-SQL
- Linux
- JAVA
- FMS (File Movement Services)
- Azure DevOps
- Agile Methodology (SAFe, Scrum, etc)
Accountabilities:
- Study current application and prepare the case study document for migration projects
- Handle new enhancements like creating backend tables and packages in Oracle 10g/11g/12c corresponding to the front-end coding.
- Handle modifications in stored procedures, packages, and functions, within backend and in PL/SQL coding both at backend and front end
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and strong ability to perform as part of a team
- Partner with Product Owner, Solutions Architect and Systems Engineer on strategic work and requirements & design reviews
- Provide estimate on new ideas and strategy requests
- Partner with Operational Partners on driving clarity for incidents, service requests, problem areas & service improvements
- Perform Code and Technical Testing checks on enhancements, break fix items and general product change requests
- To proactively identify the production incidents/issues and fix them by making the necessary changes.
- Understanding and handling AutoSys scheduling jobs
- Establish the connection from UNIX to DB’s for enhancements.
- Participate in project automation and development phase.
- Analyze and debug the root cause of production and non-production
- Work with clients to gather business requirements and analysis.
- Use Service-Now tool for work monitoring, and completed all incidents, service request, problem tickets within SLA (service line agreement time for resolving tasks)
- Identify areas of alerting and monitoring dashboarding that will make the team faster, stronger, better
