Position : Angular Front-End UI Developer
Location : Remote Job
Duration : 6-12 Months

Responsibilities

 

    • Develop new user-facing features
    • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
    • Implement and apply pattern-based approach to display and user interactions
    • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
    • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
    • Perform basic UI/UX design
    • Collaborate with other team members (PO, BA and Developers) and stakeholders
    • Generate rapid prototypes/mock-ups of UI pages based for review by product owners/stakeholders

 

Skills & Qualifications

    • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
    • 7+ years overall software development experience in enterprise technologies
    • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
    • Proficient in UI development using advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, etc.
    • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
    • Demonstrated understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
    • Proficient in the use of code versioning tools, such as GitHub , Mercurial or SVN
    • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
    • Good understanding of mobile browser-friendly UI techniques
    • Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
    • Ability to perform basic UI/UX design and apply CX principles to applications
    • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
    • Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
    • Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
