Job Description :

As a Sterling Commerce Senior Engineers you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, and designing and developing applications using IBM Sterling modules for scalability and sustainability.

Strong understanding on order fulfillment flow
Able to work independently - understanding the business logic by reading existing code and fixing the defects
Able to analyze any performance issues like application or agent slowness and apply the fix if necessary
Able to identify the Non-functional requirements like performance improvements opportunities and fix in production environment
Able to analyze the database growth reasons and perform optimization to reduce the database size
Able to work on automations to eliminate any manual tasks
Experience on V10 sterling commerce
Knowledge on how V10 store app works , knowledge on end to end fulfillment flow right from order creation till delivering to member
Problem solving capabilities

Qualifications:

Overall 8+ years of Software Development experience
Experience with Java and Springboot
Working knowledge of Sterling Order Management System (OMS) components like shipment, payments, etc.
Experience with retail fulfillment process (OMS - WMS integration)
