Job Description :
Knowledge in e-Commerce domain
Think out of the box to provide solutions to commerce related issues.
Lead the development of custom Sterling OMS module and services with offshore and onsite team
Work closely with business analysts and technical architect to understand project requirements and design
Work with business team to Prioritize demand & Scope the work for a release.
Work with Helpdesk team to get details on the tickets raised and steps to replicate issue.
Prioritize & provide the possible problem solution approaches on tickets
Provide functional and technical expertise on the OMS application.
Provide onsite coordination and work with offshore team for support.
Facilitate Change Control & ensure approvals are in place for code move from Dev to QA.
Co-ordinate with SC (Software configuration) leads on configuration management.
Facilitate Production Deployment. Prepare and share status reports and participate in status reviews
