Job Title:  Technical Writer II

Job Description-

  •  5+ years of technical writing or instructional design experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Information Management, Technical Writing, Communication, other).
  •  Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  •  Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, paired with creativity.
  •  Strong understanding of user experience and interaction patterns.
  •  Willingness to take calculated risks and stretch to achieve ambitious goals.
  •  High tolerance for a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Researches, analyzes, designs, develops, writes, edits, and publishes documentation for Technical applications, products, training and services. Will also have experience in coordinating entire projects and managing workflow and teams.
