Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Remote

Visa: H4 EAD, OPT, CPT

Description:

Client ® is looking for a Data analyst to build end to end business solutions for one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and knowhow to collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

Responsibilities:

As a  Data Analyst, you will

  • Maintain active relationships with Product Owner to understand business requirements, leads design and technical reviews with architects or Product Owner
  • Participate in collaborative technical discussions that focus on software user experience, design, architecture, and development
  • Gather business and technical requirements necessary to build Power BI (or similar) dashboard.
  • Break down epics to user stories that can be assigned to developers effectively
  • Be strong in data analysis skills including querying data from various sources, perform data profiling and
  • Create mapping documents that can then be utilized by the developers to build ETL scripts.
  • Requirements:
  •  5+ years in Business Systems Analysis and data analysis
  • Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements Strong
  • SQL and data profiling skills
  • Use knowledge of  data modeling, information engineering and sampling to ensure concise and comprehensive requirements.
  • Work as a liaison between the business and developers to provide comprehensive business requirements, extreme attention to detail is necessary
  • Writing business requirements and technical mapping documents
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile or SAFe
  • Assist with testing Power BI (or similar) dashboards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Healthcare Experience preferred
