Job Description :
Position: CMDB/Configuration Analyst (ServiceNow)
Interview Process: 1 phone/video
Rate: C2C
Duration: 6 month contract (likely to extend)
Start Date: ASAP

This person will need to have strong CMDB knowledge to join the team and help support various configuration items within their ServiceNow portal. I.e. – checking ServiceNow instances, making sure their being routed to the right support teams, etc. They will work hand in hand with Assoc. Director of Desktop Programs'' team lead to ensure their databases, applications, etc. are healthy and any pending issues are resolved.

MUST HAVES:
4+ years’ experience within ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
o Including data reviews, movements, integration quality
Strong knowledge within ITSM (IT Service Management) at the Enterprise level
Ability to create and run reports and dashboards through ServiceNow
Excellent communication skills, ability to work across various cross-functional teams

PLUS SKILLS
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB IRE and reconciliation engine
ServiceNow Discovery
ServiceNow Asset Management
ServiceNow CSDM model
Experience with third party vendors like Qualys , Crowdstrike , SCCM , LeanIX
Experience working with Cyber Security
