Job description:
8+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.
Hands on experience in testing Tools like MF Load Runner, JMeter with experience in APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk.
Excellent in Java concepts with respect to Performance Testing
To lead end-to-end performance testing tasks including project planning, timelines, prepare test strategy, test data, scheduling, estimations, script development, execution, analysis, and sign-off
Excellent in Designing, Planning, and maintaining Test Environments, Test build deployments, coordination of cross applications, third party vendors
Participate in performance test requirements reviews, design reviews
3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum and other project execution models.
Ability to monitor and collect result data, analyze, and pinpoint bottlenecks and guide developers in fixing performance issues.
Good performance analysis and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Exposure to cloud concepts would be good to have.
