Job Description :

Responsible of gathering software requirements and specifications, document As-Is and To-Be of the systems. Must have knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle. Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements.

Mandatory Experience:

  • 6 month to 1 years of experience as a software Business Analyst in a matrixed environment and with cross functional teams from different departments/bureaus.
  • Experience in complex workflow development projects with expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall and/or Agile methodology
  • Proficient in requirements gathering (elicitation, documentation, and management).
  • Must be able to create clear and concise Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and User Stories.
  • Experience creating detailed data models and process and data flow diagrams.
  • Highly analytical, able to break down complex business problems to technical requirements.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, writing, analytical, problem solving, information gathering, and customer service skills
  • Manage multiple competing priorities of varying complexities through effective organization and communication while meeting deadlines and working well under pressure.
  • Experience in defining test scenarios and conditions, developing complete test plans and facilitating testing according to plan in support of Quality Assurance (QA) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Create and deliver Application User’s Guide and provide user training
