Qualifications:
M1 - Four (4) years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated responsibility for conducting requirements by gathering and documenting sessions, developing and executing testing protocols (including building test data files) and developing file layout specifications.
M2 - Three (3) years of experience in each of the following:

Traceability Matrix Documentation

Use Case Diagrams

GAP Analysis Documentation

Writing Test Cases

Business Requirements Documentation
M3 - Two (2) years of experience participating in or conducting JAD sessions.
