To act as a liaison between the business and technical teams| analyze and document business requirements| suggest design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement.
- Healthcare Business Analyst translates business needs into clearly defined and documented detailed, high quality requirements and/or supplemental specifications for new applications or analyzes change requests/enhancements in existing applications.
- Analyzes data to determine business problems.
- Handles information including patient services and how the services are paid after conducting investigations and pursuing recoveries through contact with various parties.
- Works collaboratively within or outside the team to identify charge system weakness, to recommend changes and focused education.
Primary Skills
• Medicare enrollment Parts C & D experience
• Medicare Enrollment- Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drugs (MAPD)
• Business Analysis - Experience of System Analysis, Documentation and Requirements Gathering for at least 5 years
Required Experience
• Experience in Healthcare Insurance Enrollment and Membership Services environment, with government sponsored program experience (Medicare) for at least 3 years
• BA with Medicare enrollment Parts C & D experience for at least 3 years.
• Solid history and experience of System Analysis, Documentation and Requirements Gathering for at least 5 years
• Strong Business Process Analysis and Design Skills for at least 5 years
