Job Description:
· Minimum 7 years in a large complex banking organization or major consulting organization focused on a Business Analysis type role or equivalent
· Familiarity with Agile Processes, Ceremonies, and Structure as the role involves supporting one or more squads
· Familiarity with using JIRA or equivalent software to document and track user stories
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
· Goal-orientated, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements
· Comfortable coordinating dependencies across several teams and systems
· Strong organizational and analytical skills; must be detail-oriented
· Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in technical field or equivalent
· Data driven, ability to write moderate to complex queries to perform adequate analysis on data for requirements gathering
· Data modeling experience (e.g. SQL, SAS, Dataiku)
· Familiarity working with large datasets, Teradata / Data Warehouses
· Background in the Financial Services Industry, with an emphasis on wealth management
· Experience with CDP Tools
