Job Description :

Overall 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of Production Support experience

Technical Skillset:
Working experience on Java/J2EE stack
Hands on with PL/SQL to troubleshoot production issues with data discrepancies and ability of understand underlying data models
Knowledgeable and working experience on UI technologies like React and Angular
Knowledgeable and working experience on AWS code deployment 
Working experience with Linux servers and Unix commands
Strong Knowledge in AWS specifically on S3, Lambda, PostGreSQL and Python

Production Support:
Working experience on leading production support team
Well acquainted with ITSM concepts and methodologies (Incident, Problem, Change, Service management processes)
Working experience to drive troubleshooting/ triage calls with other technical/ non-technical vendor/ client stakeholders 
Flexible with working hours and seamless working with offshore team
Working or hands on experience in managing Oracle, Informatica ETL jobs, Autosys, troubleshoot data load issue and manually execute jobs working with L1 team to fix
Knowledge in Jira, Confluence is a plus
