Angular Developer
5+ years of experience.
This individual will provide oversight for content solutioning, strategies and deployments for all related IT projects for website and mobile applications. Core responsibilities will also include:
• Collaboratively work with your Engineering Manager and Agile Development Engineering Teams to create new and innovative customer solutions
• Develop applications, including an understanding of API Platform services and Cloud-based services, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Work within the development teams and business teams on the UI/UX impacts of the new architecture and the new user experience
• Influence innovation efforts and partner on game changing new products and services that increase client engagement, reach and effectiveness in every market. The evolutionary architectural constructs and development products are intended to be a critical driver of more cross device and platform usage of products and content
• Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Designers to deliver high quality dashboards.
• Guiding/Mentoring junior developers on the team
Required Technical Skills:
- Industry experience with Angular development, especially to build Dashboards for Analytics.
- Expertise in working with APIs
- Server and Client side JavaScript expertise
- Well versed with Agile Methodology
- Java development experience
- Knowledge and working experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
- Knowledge in deployment automation
- Knowledge with OpenText Teamsite would be nice to have
- Financial Industry experience and knowledge of how a banking application works is definitely a plus

Preferred Technical Skills:
• Experience with building dasboards and reports for machine learning based applications and data
• Exposure to designs, graphics, and prototyping using Invision or other design tools.
• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with D3 JS or other kinds of UI frameworks.
• Extensive experience in in Angular (2-7), (i.e., designs new templates, tests styles/sheets, fixes bugs; collaborates heavily with core team members (especially UX and Design)).
• Experience using MVVM Java script frameworks (AngularJS, KnockOutJS, etc) preferred Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, bootstrap, nodejs, and JavaScript
• Thorough knowledge of Angular modules, components, routing, web pack, primeNG, flex box.
• Knowledge of Angular named chunks, deployment optimizations, performance tuning, and Nginx Webserver
• Integration knowledge and experience with exposed services (e.g. REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Familiar with common security and performance pattern (e.g.: OATH)
• Ability to get up to speed on existing code base and add new features
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Typescript and JavaScript.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
• Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and effectively
• Experience working in Agile environments and applying automation techniques with multiple teams operating in parallel to accomplish large initiative deployments.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
