Role: Endpoint Engineer (Windows & Mac)
Location: REMOTE

Job description:
Must haves:
· Extensive experience with Windows 10 OS
· Professional experience with group policy
· Creation of automated OS builds
· Strong Windows Registry
· Experience PowerShell Script for customizing applications.
· Hands on experience with macOS (10.15+ specifically)
· Experience troubleshooting macOS issues required
· Experience with Apple MDM, ABM
· Experience with .mobileconfig files, deploying, updating
· Experience deploying applications in .pkg, .app format
· Experience deploying apps with custom configs, plists
· Bash scripting for Mac experience required
Pluses:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and simply
· Experience creating packages for Microsoft Intune
· CEM, Jamf, Addigy, etc. experience is preferred
· Intune configuration and device policies
· Intune software delivery methodologies
· Windows Autopilot build process
· Thycotic Privilege Manager administration experience
· Knowledge of Thin Client management (iGel/Workspace Hub)
· Documentation and Visio skills
