Roles/Responsibilities:
*Should have complete knowledge of Recruitment Life Cycle.
*Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Should be able to identify potential candidates through various job portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder
and through social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
*Must be able to perform initial phone screening and reference checks.
*Must have excellent negotiating skills.
*Establish good relation ships with clients, vendors as well as employees
*Should have hands on experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
*Should have minimum knowledge of various IT technologies such as Java, QA, BA, Hadoop etc.
Qualifications:
*Minimum 5+years of experience in recruitment.
* Bachelors degree or equivalent
Pay:
Based on experience.
