Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process
7+ years application development and implementation experience.
Required Skills:
UI developers with minimum 10 to 15 years of overall experience and minimum 2 years of hands-on ReactJS/Redux experience.
The resource needs to be - very good in development skills using Java and REACTJS
Mandatory Skills: ReactJS, Redux
Other Skills: ag-grid, jest, webpack, bootstrap, CSS, Reactstrap, Express.js, Axe, HTML5
IDE -Visual Code Studio
Great communication skills
Hands on Coding Experience is required
Web Accessibility – ADA/ARIA Knowledge and experience in web accessibility.
Unit Testing
Through understanding of ES6, ES7, ES8/newer specifications of ECMAScript.
Strong knowledge in core web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS

Candidates should have and/or be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in Front end development of Web applications.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ReactJS 15 or higher.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in JSX, , ReactBootstrap.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Redux.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Javascript ES5 and ES6, HTTP Client APIsFetch and Axios)
Minimum 5 years of experience in HTML5, CSS Experience in SASS is preferred.
A fundamental knowledge of Javascript, functional programming, and Object Oriented programming
A fundamental knowledge of how to consume REST/JSON based services.
Familiar with NPM, Artifactory.
Must be self-directed and self-motivated to see and find efficient and cost effective opportunities for change.
General understanding of MV+ frameworks.
Most importantly: the ability to learn quickly and put knowledge into action.
Ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution .
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be self-driven to complete the tasks and show ownership towards the application.
Preferred Qualifications
Working Knowledge of web components (custom elements in ReactJS
Working knowledge of Java, Spring is desired but not required
Working Knowledge of RxJs
