o Demonstrated experience with increasingly complex projects

o Hands-on QA testing experience in client server and/or web-based environment

o Experience with 3rd party testing and change management tools

o Experience with test case gathering techniques

o Experience with test management tools (JIRA/Zephyr)

o RDBMS experience (MS SQL Server and/or Oracle) and ability to write SQL queries

o Experience developing Test strategies and plans

o Experience with Metrics and Report creation.

o Experience with Cucumber/ruby, Selenium, soapUI
