To qualify they will need to have executed transactions and to be able to demo this with interviewer
The consultant should be able to walk the UAT folks through:
High level Agenda: the lists of scenarios/activities targeted to complete each day
Participant Guide: a general walk through of the proposed UAT Scenarios/activities
Power Point Presentation: used to navigate the UAT participants through each day
Plus execute transactions to demonstrate what needs to be tested.
Basically must have executed workday transactions + must have directed UAT (not so much as a leader - but a facilitator)
If the person has experience testing interfaces and performance - big bonus
Both interfaces and performance related to workday
