Purpose:
QA Lead for Contact Center implementation project. Strong API testing and IVR testing background.
Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years of applicable QA experience.
Experience with interpreting functional and non-functional requirements and translating into testing scenarios and cases.
Experience with test case writing, test execution, status reporting, defect tracking and test analysis.
Intermediate SQL skills.
Experience with API testing using Postman is required.
IVR testing experience a big plus.
Knowledge of JIRA, and test management tools.
Ability to be flexible with priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks within the project and work with minimal supervision or guidance.
Bachelor''s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any STEM field.
