Title: QA Automation Test Lead
Location: Rosemont, IL or Little Rock, Arkansas (Hybrid)

Work schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote

Role:
This role will be responsible for leading a team of (2-4) testing professionals through the development of test strategy and approach.
This person will direct the team of testing specialists to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of solutions to our clients.
Skills & Role Requirements :
• 5 years of Testing Lead experience
• Planning of test strategies as well as the execution and tracking of test plans
• Prior experience coordinating formal testing activities (and reporting on them)
• Effectively documenting testing phases, identifying, and recording defects, bugs, and errors
• Coordinating with project leadership team regarding opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
• Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, as well as to contribute to the growth of individuals
• Expertise with Agile testing elements
• Selenium test script development and execution.
