QA AUTOMATIONENGINEER

Responsibilities
• Write test scripts from user requirements, execute thescripts and communicate results to team participants.
• Define, develop and run automated test scripts for API's
• Evaluate and document business case for enterpriseimprovement initiatives.
• Design basic Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Follow project schedules and juggle tasks and prioritiesto meet rapidly changing deadlines
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies
Required Skills
• 5-7 years of proven work experience in quality assurance.
• 4 years of hand-on working experience with TestNG,Selenium WebDriver.
• Knowledge of quality methodology and testing practices,tools and metrics
• Practiced understanding of Agile development methodologiesand tools (JIRA and Confluence)
• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to complete taskswith minimal guidance, and to learn independently
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Logical aptitude to understand interactions/workings ofsystems
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in working in across-functional team comprised of Product Analysts, QA, UAT, Development andPMO members
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Desired Skills
• Working knowledge of kafka & cloud-based applicationarchitecture and principles.
• Prior experience working in the Financial ServicesIndustry
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or arelated field
