o 5 years of QA Lead experience inthe test engineering field, specifically working on an IBM Mainframe.
o Advanced knowledge of testengineering practices within an Agile SDLC methodology.
o Track record of timely delivery ofhigh-quality software.
o Excellent problem solving, issueidentification and technical documentation skills.
o Proficiency in: COBOL, JCL, CICS,DataCom, Endevor, Intertest, Abend-Aid, FileMaster.
o Familiarity with: Microsoft Office(WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT).
SKILLS REQ:
o Manages quality/test challenges atthe team level, providing guidance, training, technical support and mentorship.
o Passion for high-quality code,tests, documentation, and addressing recurring problems with software solutions.
