"Supply Chain Program Manager, Key Responsibilities • Manage social audit program; answering supplier questions, holding Corrective Action Plan meetings, and ensuring findings are closed within the specified timeframe • Assist with the collection of CMRTs and EMRTs and coordinate with internal stakeholders on drafting the Conflict Minerals Report • Participate in multifunctional teams comprised of internal, external, and/or matrixed headcount. • Identifies and resolves potential complications within the program and develops solutions for resolution. • Supplier communications and escalations • Assist with Scope 3 GHG data collection and analysis Functional Knowledge • Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements a plus Business Expertise • Anticipates business ESG related issues; recognizes ESG related opportunities Problem Solving • Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions Interpersonal Skills • Communicates complex ideas; anticipates potential objections and persuades others to adopt a different point of view • The successful candidate is passionate about Applied’s intent to Make Possible A Better Future, self-driven, and able to work well both independently and in a matrix/influence environment Education & Experience • Bachelor's Degree • 3 - 5 years’ experience" Must Have: Supply Chain Certification.
