Position: Project Manager with ServiceNow Experience
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Description:
· Proven expertise in implementing ServiceNow (SNOW)
· Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow – HR instance preferred, ideally with experience with Onboarding and case management functionality
· Strong understanding of AMEX infrastructure
· Excellent communication skills; including experience presenting to senior leaders
· Consultative nature
· Expertise managing multi-work streams in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent project management skills, and deep knowledge of various PM tracking and documentation tools
· Agile methodology experience
