Job Description :

The Project Manager plans, organizes, executes, evaluates and leads systems projects from concept through closure. This includes all aspects of system implementation, following the Project Management Office’s standards and procedures, to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations and maintain a high level of quality through communication, customer service and organizational practices. Risk Management and Mitigation; Management of Project Budget(s); Communication Management; Development and execution of communication plans at all levels, including office of the CEO.
Additionally the Project Manager will be responsible for
• Managing project activities involving remote Business Operations; Collaboration with supporting organizations: Office of General Counsel, Procurement, Controlling, IT, Accounting, Vendor and Supplier management, Contract Management, Coordination of plans and related project activities.
• Conflict resolution. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Development of presentations.
• Working with MS Tools: PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, mail and scheduling tools.
• Project planning and timeline management. Managing multi-million dollar supplier related projects.
