Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and drive global, cross-functional technology initiatives (system implementations), typically in partnership with Fortune-100 technology, retail, and consumer packaged goods companies
Lead large, global technology and business teams, both onshore and offshore – this can sometimes include project-managing the client’s own developers and vendors in addition to coordinating team members
Coach and mentor consultants
Drive to successful achievement of business and project goals, focusing on quality, schedule, and cost
Manage change, risks, and issues across client initiatives
Contribute to iSoftStone’s team growth and success through client business development and pre-sales, as well as internal learning, growth, and development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree from top-tier university in business or a science/technical field
5+ years’ overall technical and/or product management experience
Proven experience implementing tech solutions
Expert knowledge and experience utilizing Agile/SCRUM methodology (creation of user stories, sprints, product backlog, etc.) and familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or Jira and Git/GitHub
4+ years of experience working with Content and/or Digital Asset management platforms and tools
Prior onshore/offshore project management experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including client engagement with C-level executives, and the ability to present with confidence
Proven project management experience, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, critical path management, risk management, reporting, and dashboarding
Technology process and technology risk management experience
Change management experience (organization, process, technology)
Nice to have:
Prior technology consultant experience and/or a software engineering background
Prior experience with A e Experience Cloud
Understanding of accessibility compliance from a software and web development perspective
