Job Description:
· To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of a small or a less complex project through monitoring, tracking and analyzing project control metrics. Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities. Ensure timesheets and invoicing processes are completed on or before the deadline. Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated. Create functional and technical specification documents. Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines. Ensure analysts adhere to SLA

· s. Ensure that all in the delivery team, including self, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in an economic manner. Assist Project Manager in Risk Management and participate in quality reviews and implement quality norms. Lead and ensure project complies with Software Quality Processes and is adhering to the defined timelines. Draft initial charter and project plan, create and review functional and technical specification documents. Monitor, track and analyse project control metrics. Review and consolidate project (over all the modules) status reports and lead and perform all activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management including re usage, accuracy and efficiency. Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates. Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates."Lead Network Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: The role requires a flexible, senior/lead engineer who is capable of managing multiple work streams in a fast paced enterprise environment. · Ability to design, manage a WAN, LAN network with complex network technology. Responsibility for various stages of the network development. This may include: design, analysis, configuration, testing and fixing issues with the network infrastructure or application components
· Troubleshooting of Catalyst / Nexus switches, Wireless controllers, Access Points, ASR / ISR routers.
· To assist in the planning, design, and implementation, of data network projects. Provide technical support for projects as required
· Carrying out investigations into operational problems or developments and develop and prepare solutions, individually or as a member of a project team.
· Configure and utilize a variety of network management tools Skills required:
· Should have 12+ years of experience.
· Cisco Networking Skills, ideally to CCNP level
· Knowledge and hands on experience in Cisco ASR9k, Cisco IOS XR, OSPF, MPLS and BGP
· Knowledge and hands on experience in OSPF, ISIS, BGP, IP MPLS in enterprise or service provider networks
· Strong understanding of telecom networks.
· Excellent skills in Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches, firewalls. Security: Firewalls, VPNs, Authentication (TACACS, AAA, PKI), 802.1x, NAC (Cisco ISE). Also should have excellent implementation and troubleshooting skills for Check point firewall & Symantec Proxy.
· Load Balancers: Must have hands on experience on Citrix Load balancer. Experience on F5, NetScaler would be an added advantage
· Virtualization: VMware and Hyper V (its is a huge plus but not mandatory)
· Knowledge about latest technology areas SDN/SD WAN: VMware NSX, Nuage would be an added advantage but not mandatory
