Job Description :

Responsibilities

  • Complete IT assurance deliverables (e.g., Architecture, Data, IRM, Support)
  • Facilitate regular engagements with business and IT stakeholders (Project Sponsor, SMEs, IT Manager/Advisor)
  • If project results in deployment of an IT solution or product, ensure all Handover to Operate tasks are completed together with OLM/Supportability Specialists.
  • Work with ITM and Wells business to develop overall delivery plan/roadmap; work with delivery team to execute the plan
  • Work with ITM/Product Manager to plan budget/resources to deliver the roadmap
  • Lead the agile team to deliver common outcomes, including SSW natural team members and address blockers/dependencies
  • Participate in the SSW IT natural team and core delivery team (Product Manager, PMs, IT Engineering, Architecture/IRM/SOM) and SSW ITM/ITA Skills

 

Experience

  • Subsurface and/or Wells technology, data, and applications preferred but not mandatory
  • Leading project delivery with Agile / DevOps methodology
  • Cloud products (i.e., Azure/AWS), mobile apps, and/or MS Power Apps is a plus
  • Good understanding of Shell application and data landscapes
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
