Project Manager: Having experience of 15 years and able to manage large teams;
- Laisse with Product Owners from BNSF Business team and carve out the Stories for the Sprints teams to take up
- Conduct Sprint Backlog grooming sessions for the two week Sprint duration

- Atleast 3+ yrs of experience as Scrum Master in managing large transformation programs
- A total of 10+ yrs of IT experience
- Very good understanding of various SDLC processes
