• 10+ years of experience in
• leading complex technology projects locally, regionally and globally
•  managing complex stakeholders across functions and locations
•  implementing industry leading project management methodologies(specifically Agile and Waterfall)
• Good understanding of applicable project management methodologies, frameworks and capabilities(Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM framework etc.)
• Comprehensive foundational knowledge and understanding of key technological landscapes spanning across SAP S4 Hana, Cloud/Hosting, Cyber Security, SAP Security, Devops will be preferred
• Leading industry certifications in the areas of project management such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, SAP activate certified Project Manager will be preferred
• Foundational industry leading technological certifications in SAP S4 Hana, cloud/hosting (such as Azure fundamentals), Devops, cyber security, SAP Security(GRC) will be an added advantage

skills:

• Manage the key core technology initiatives as a project manager within technology track spanning across cloud/hosting, environments build(S4 core and connected capabilities), cyber security, SAP security(GRC), DevSecOps and testing workstreams
• Lead and manage project team consisting of technology resources - deploying them effectively to support/enable successful project delivery
• Develop best practices, scalable mechanisms and repeatable processes on all aspects of the project: planning, blueprinting, design and build/deploy phases of the project
• Project tracking leveraging common project management principles (agile development and project management methods, e.g. SCRUM); mapping resources against objectives, track dependencies and RAID’s, assess impact of changes across interdependent projects.
• Ensure stringent governance via effectively managing the timely delivery of planned milestones, activities and deliverables
• Coaches technology project team members through Program Increment (PI) readiness, planning and execution
• Lead and facilitate the technology projects sprint planning, daily standups and retrospective
• Manages sprint execution and helps remove roadblocks for team
• Ensure technology projects user stories, work items, activities and tasks compliment and support the successful execution of process/business teams user stories, work items, activities and tasks
• Supports the technology projects associated work items set up and management in ADO(Azure Devops) tool
• Ensure proper communication and change management processes are adopted for all major change initiatives, identifying other potential priorities and/or interdependencies
• Work with PMO finance, Technology program manager and DTS key leaders to manage the project budget
• Support Aurora PMO leadership and Technology Program Manager managing key stakeholder relationships & expectations across the DTS functional and technical leadership by maintaining effective communication cadence and driving timely & effective escalation & resolution of risks and issues
• Provide recommendations, advice/counsel and support to DTS technology leadership and/or Aurora leadership teams on project-related matters (direct & indirect) as well as project team members as required
