Role : Project Manager
Location : Edison, NJ (Day one Onsite)
Contract


Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the organization-wide content expert on clinical measurement/analysis methods and imparts relevant details to senior leaders and quality team members. Continually expands/updates this knowledge.
  • Identifies data problems, assists in researching solutions, and recommending corrective actions to achieve higher levels of integrity and efficiency.
  • Writes queries for research and other requests.
  • Creates interactive and actionable reports of performance including deviations and anomalies.
  • Meets with end users to gather data analysis requirements  to deliver accurate results.
  • Contributes to written reports and presentation materials describing project or task objectives, methods, data, and results.
  • Retrieves and creates benchmarks.
  • Troubleshoots issues and new requests that require ETL builds or modifications.
  • Ensures data accuracy through validation and transparency.
  • Supports end users on functionality and navigation of reports and information.
  • Supports governance, maintains and adds measures, flags and cohorts to the data catalog.
  • Perform data profiling as required to understand the granularity of the data, and should be well versed with clinical trial data modelling (Important entities and relationships)
  • Design and convert logical data model into physical data model
  • Implement data strategies and develop physical data models

 

 

Requirements:

  • Strong data science skills using tools like SQL, R, Python, or SAS 
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to perform complex analysis and make recommendations based on statistical inferences. Experience with a wide variety of analytical or statistical methods.
  • Experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle is a plus but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence products (Tableau, Looker, QLik, etc.)
  • Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with varying audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate goals, plan and implement processes to achieve those goals, recognize and assess the implications of confounding variables. 
  • Independent working ability with strong time management skills.

A Master’s degree in data science or related field with 7 years of experience in healthcare, or clinical informatics environment with at least two years of experience leading other analysts is required for the CDAM position. PhD degree preferred
