a. Document the backend/data dependencies (systems, formats, personnel, etc.) for reporting deliverables and key planning processes |
2. Interface with IT, finance and other organizations while decisions are being made on future systems changes using #1 above as reference |
a. Scope incremental effort/deliverables (development, testing, etc.) required to maintain existing level of sales reporting deliverables and planning processes based on decisions in interdependent areas (IT, finance, etc.) |
3. Initiate and project manage execution of #2a above with allocated resources on time within broader program timeline |
