Job Title: IT Project Manager (Customer Identity Access Management)

Job Description:
We're looking for an IT Project Manager to: - lead the delivery of IT projects, focusing on the Customer Identity Access Management area
- be accountable for delivering results by implementing industry best practices for project management, manage the budget, risk, dependencies, quality and change at project level
- drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines
- assess and remediate risks and issues, tracking these plus deliverables on our RAID reports
- liaise with project stakeholders at all levels, building trust and strong relationships to gaining go forward decisions and signoffs
- build collaborative and constructive relationships across multiple technology and business streams
- allocate, utilize and direct personnel resources to drive projects to completion
- be a champion for adoption and implementation of agile principles and methodologies
Responsibilities: - worked as an IT project manager, focusing on large scale access management and authentication projects, for ideally 10-15+ years within the finance sector
- managed all facets of large-scale change projects and met deliverables
- strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to manage expectations, lead and convince
- proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile teams
- track record of continuous improvement and striving for improving project deliveries
- ability to drive conversations to ensure requirements are clearly understood
- adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions (non-IT)
- good understanding of web-based technologies including multi-tier applications, security standards and networking
- able to influence at all levels and gain buy-in for plans, strategies and ideas
- demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- able to understand complex information and communicate it in a simple way
- bachelor's or equivalent with a focus in finance, technology or related subjects
