Role: Business analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Align with creative team leadership on high level priorities
· Work with creative team leadership to manage resource allocation and availability to ensure peak efficiency across creative team
· Evolve and improve processes for all aspects of project delivery with a focus on maximizing quality, flexibility, collaboration, transparency, and speed
· Educate internal teams and stakeholders on creative process and timelines, as needed
· Document incoming project requests and inform appropriate Creative Leads
· Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure business needs and directives are being supported by creative team
· Establish individual project plans and related goals which are measured in quantifiable metrics
· Ensure adherence to deadlines
· Run discovery and kick-off meetings for project inception and requirement gathering
· Run project retro meetings, ensuring that channel owners provide data and learnings for analysis
· Coordinate and run stand-ups and check in meetings with project/stakeholder teams
· Create user stories properly communicating required work with clear and concise acceptance criteria
· Manage project backlogs to ensure stories do not go stale, acceptance criteria maintains accuracy, and stories in scope are still high value and relevant to the business
· Understand team members strengths and growth areas, putting them in positions to capitalize on their strengths and invest in their growth areas
REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience working with both creative and marketing teams and familiarity with their processes and needs
· Experience with all facets of project management from discovery and kick-off, to scope management and delivery
· Highly organized with an attention to detail; able to work autonomously and manage time effectively
· Deep knowledge of the SDLC
· Familiarity with Jira or other comparable platforms
· Superior tactical and execution skills with a natural proclivity to take the initiative to drive and execute multiple concurrent activities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Possess a nuanced sense of when to strongly advocate for a decision and when to seek compromise
