Job Description :
Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal team and third parties/vendors for the project tasks/activities
Ensure project on-time schedule, within scope and budget
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage project scope, project schedule and project costs
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate project risks/issues to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Perform risk mitigation analysis and provide workaround solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track project performance, status


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
Equivalent work experience of 12-15+yrs
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is plus
Finance business process knowledge and experience in Procure to Pay and Accounts Receivables
Atleast 4+ years of experience working in SaaS based products and software
