Responsibilities:
Facilitating regular and ad-hoc meetings/workshops to ensure that members of the project team can report status and be given up-to-date information and direction regarding project priorities, strategies, and timelines.
Ensuring all IT-level project documentation is complete and up-to-date
Ensuring all IT policies are acknowledged and adhered to for CCWIS implementation
Ensuring all issues and risks found during the project are immediately reported to the IT manager, lead CCWIS project manager, and stakeholders as needed.
Ensuring all requirements for reporting project status, action items, risks, and issues sufficiently meets the needs of project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Must have experience working within state and/or federal projects using Agile methodology.
Will need to show a strong track record of success in working with a large group of stakeholders to provide results.
Must have experience managing IT projects and be proficient with the use of project documentation and tasking tools (i.e. JIRA, MS Project, etc.
Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
