Position: Program/Project Manager
Location: Southfield, MI
Duration: contract
We are looking for an experienced Program/Project with experience of handling Automotive Embedded S/W development. Preferred domain will be infotainment and Clusters
Typical Duties: Technical:
Analyze requirements /DCRS and share it with teams
Make overall project plan and risks assessment. Planning & Tracking.
Set end dates for Developments teams and track the progress
Coordinate with Test teams to get the SW validated
Interaction with end customer
Release process with SQA adherence and compliance
Coordinating and leading the issue analysis reported from customers
Technical Skills :
Estimation, Planning, tracking, Onsite offshore cross team project management, excellent communication
Embedded, C, Micro Controller, CLUSTER, CAN. DIAGNOSTICS, Embedded systems, Debuggers, compilers, AUTOSAR/Body / HMI
Required Qualifications:
BSME or BSEE from an accredited university
Automotive Development Project Management Experience in Core application development/Lowe Level Drivers as per AUTOSAR standard/Diagnostics development/Netcom Development (FORD NOS)
Cluster/Infotainment exposure will be an added advantage)
Good communication, efficient and should have worked under a good process model
Capable of handling a group of 10+ Team (Project Leads and Engineers)
Should have good intra group coordination skills
Should have worked on development projects prior to Project leading/Management
