Experience required:
? They are looking for people with WORKFRONT experience.
? If candidates have experience working in the creative space - this is great.
? This position is individual contributor with Sr. Manager experience and is responsible for working on a diverse range of medium to large size projects and programs, handling many at one time.
? At least7 years relevant experience required. Projects may be marketing operational initiatives, or marketing communications creative development in nature.
? This position will manage work utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes/procedures - projects have clear start/end dates; specific manpower resource allocations; budgets and are clearly identified as a project by the business.
? Proven skills and practical knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
? Possess a capability to operate at both the strategic and tactical details.
? Passion to make things better at every opportunity.
? Ability to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience managing highly complex projects with team members that are disbursed.
? Proven ability to influence without authority.
? Excellent communication and organization skills.
? Communicate clearly and have the ability todeliver complex messages Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teamworkin and across teams and organizations.
? Ability to identify potential issues anddependencies early. Intake Information:
