The consultant program manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational functions for development group. Will assist ITD in managing operational activities with the help of a team of consultants. Will be managing time and workload assignments for a team of consultants. Responsible for monitoring, assigning, and tracking Kanban tickets. Participate in Sev1 incident remediation efforts. The Kanban tickets include Sev2 and Sev 3 tickets from 160+ applications and 150+ technologies. Will be responsible for compiling and providing the daily and monthly reports to management. Will be responsible for coordinating and seeking appropriate approvals from VDOT's technical and management teams.
