Position:- Program Manager

Duration:- 6-12 Months contract

Location:- Philadelphia PA

The Systems Transformation Program Manager works collaboratively with the director, to design, execute, and lead multiple teams through organizational change efforts.

This role will utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving technology, financial and operational results for our customers.

This role will also manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the product development community: Market Vertical, Product Manager, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and more.

The PMO sets and maintains standards for project management throughout an organization.

The PMO is in charge of creating procedures and best practices that will help deliver successful projects.

The PMO supports the Project Managers and Program Managers on staff.

The Project Managers on staff report into the PMO.

Has prior experience managing large system transformation efforts
Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish own work
Has superb relationship management skills
Has strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
Has expert project management skills with a proven track record of successful on-time/within-budget deliveries
Has knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Has exceptional negotiation skills
Has experience coordinating team workflow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Has strong project delivery skills - accurate project planning, delivers to milestone dates, manages resources effectively, communicates status effectively, manages risks, and can juggle multiple activities at once to accomplish goals
Has the ability to partner with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and to mitigate project impacts
Has advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making
Has advanced communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management, customers, etc., including diction/terminology and presenting information in a concise and effective manner to clients, management, and various departments using assorted communication mediums
